3. What Genre (or sub-genre) of Film is it?

A. Which genre have you chosen and why:

- The genre we have chosen is a Psychological Thriller, we chose this because we believe that it is the most common genre that people tend to watch and if people enjoy this genre then it will be a good genre to use. Our group members also find thriller entertaining so while planning and filming we'll know the conventions and what are expected in normal thriller films and try make it less common to make it interesting for our target audience.

B. Which title sequence in the same genre has inspired you and why:

- The title sequence that inspired our title sequence is Insomnia, this is a mysterty/ thriller movie. The title sequence font has inspired us because it is very simple and clear but creates a psychological fear to it. Also, Se7en has influenced our title sequence because it creates a mystery and eerieness to the audience creating tension making the audience into the mood of the film.
